I was fine with Bluehost until they decided to do a "server migration". As a result, I lost all of my webmail info (Calendar, Contacts, etc.), and they're only response was "There's nothing that we can do. Is there anything else we can help with?"
The entire incident was an exercise in frustration. I spent two hours in Live Chat with a Support Technician, much of which was "waiting" and "please hold" time. Ultimately, I had to follow-up countless times to get a final answer.
Do yourself a favor and do NOT sign up with them.

Palcomweb is the best hosting solution that I have ever encountered. Their pricing is competitive, but what really sets them apart is their support. 24/7, 365 days a year. Just imagine, not having to wait 24 hours for a response to a ticket or email! Hard to beat that combination, so give them a try, you won't be disappointed!
